Adult Fitness Strategies
Instructor: Todd Menia MD - Certified by the American Council on Exercise as: Health Coach and Weight Management Specialist
Description: A classroom based program focused on introducing information and strategies to help adults achieve sustainable fitness improvement.
Topics include process-based habit change, nutrition, increasing activity, and side topics that help reduce the impact of real life obstacles, such as “immersion” and time management.
This class is appropriate for any adult wanting to learn how to change behaviors, particularly in the realms of nutrition, weight management, or exercise.
Please bring an open mind, as this program will reveal strategies far more effective than “no pain no gain”, or abrupt diet/exercise resolutions.
Dates: Wednesdays from March 29-May 24 (excluding April 12)
